What's too high mileage when buying a car?

Looking at buying a 2019 Suzuki Swift Sport with 80k miles on the clock. There's a few folk (that are not that into cars) saying that 80k miles is quite a lot considering the price tag is £9k (Scotland prices, which from looking at a broad range of cars tend to be more expensive than in England) :'( . But from all the research I've been doing 80k miles isn't too much for a Suzuki swift, I've read that they tend to be very reliable cars with good life expectancy as long as they are serviced at the necessary intervals.

Would like to hear others' opinions from people who know more about this stuff. Thanks in advance!

What is considered high mileage when buying a used Swift?

I'm looking at buying a 2019 Suzuki Swift Sport 1.4 boosterjet (petrol) with 80k miles (~130k km) on the clock.

MOT history - has passed all MOTs each year with no advisories (I can't tell if this is a good thing or not). I've read a lot about the car being reliable and, if taken care of, should last a long time. I would plan on having the car as long as it lasts.

Any advice/input is appreciated!

Getting ready to buy my first Suzuki Swift

Hi all, I'm looking at potentially buying this 2019 Suzuki Swift with 80k miles (~130000km) on the clock. I bought a complete history check of the vehicle and it's passed all MOTs with no advisories ever. I just wanted to ask if there is anything I should be looking out for when viewing the car or any advice when it comes to owning one.

Any advice/input is appreciated!

Edited to add: the '1 item to note' on the history check is that the car has had a private number plate in the past.

Hi, I'm looking to buy a car that's going to be reliable and inexpensive to maintain. I've never had a Skoda before but have been reading through this sub and think it might be what I am looking for.

I was wondering mostly about the fact that this is a 1.0L engine without the TSI component and if that would change things. It will mostly be used for shorter journeys with and occasional motorway driving.

Any info is appreciated, I'll add pics of price and specs. This car in particular has had 5 previous owners.
