I was invited to this sub so posting my first time here! It’s a great honor to be invited to a sub that I have a passion for… I made salsa tatemada and salsa verde for mothers day for our carne asada for her… please have a look!
Made al pastor, carne asada, bubas, y chorizo for my beautiful wife for Mother’s Day. Home made Serrano salsa, salsa verde, grilled pineapple, grilled anihiem chiles and chile güeritos, radishes, and cucumber… a good old fashioned typical northern Baja California carne asada…. She absolutely deserves it!

A mi mamacita!, la mejor mujer de mi vida y mujer que me dio a mi una hermosa hija lo voy a hacer un carne asada de ribeye, al pastor, chistora, chile asados, una salsa rica, y guacamole. Más tarde mando fotos.
Nothing better than when I walk through the door coming home from work than a beautiful wide that made something special, chilé relleno con arroz. Delicious!
For cinco de Mayo, wife made deshebrada de res and frijoles puercos. Delicious!
Wife made homemade fideos… usually we’ll do the Knorr packs but this time she rolled out the red carpet. Onion, tomato, beef broth made from scratch because she’s going to make Deshebrada tomorrow, and chiles.
Wife make beef chilé colorado tonight for supper. OT was her first time making this particular recipe. Turned out really good. Side of refried beans and avocado. I’m not sure where she got the recipe from.
