I'm purging my GT7 collection - what to keep, what to sell?

I had bought almost everything I could, and was just accumulating credits for no reason, so I decided to purge anything I am unlikely to ever use - a la Marie Kondo. I can probably buy or rent if some special race comes up, but I'm tired of scrolling through hundreds of cars I will never touch.

I will keep a few in each category, plus some of my favorites and iconic ones. I am likely to get rid of most low-end road cars outside of the interesting or specialty ones.

So, I am curious - what cars would you purge, and also, what cars would you never sell?

Are the Core units still worth buying?

I can't afford a table anytime soon, but I have a big 4K tv that I enjoy playing Pinball FX tables on console. Are the Core/Plus/Max units still worth buying?

Hi all,

Everyone has a different balance between realism and fun that works for them. For me, I have only flown GA in career mode so far, and I still enjoy removing the chocks, opening the door manually, etc - but I don't go through the full inspection or preflight checklist every time. I also leave the taxi path highlight on because I don't want to be squinting and zooming at the taxiway markers to figure out where I need to go for takeoff. And while I don't have the boxes showing the path in the sky, but I do have the waypoint bubbles.

I do make sure I check the EFB before each flight so I know what the pattern height is at my destination, but otherwise I just get in and follow the pink flight plan line. I eventually want to get to having traffic and ATC, but I know that would be overwhelming at this point.

What do you keep in your process in order to make it feel more realistic? What parts have you removed because keeping them in wasn't fun enough?

Thanks!

Hi all,

I love flying this beast! My normal process is generally to get up to level flight, trim, and then skip to landing if there's nothing interesting to see along the way. But three times tonight, after I press alt-n, when it comes back it, the plane immediately stalls and nosedives. I can usually add power and recover, but is anyone else having this issue? I am using an ancient T-Flight Hotas X, so maybe it is a controller issue? It doesn't seem to happen in other aircraft, though.

Thanks!

Hi all,

Why has Roku not implemented a watch tracker like ReelGood or JustWatch into their platform? It could prompt me to add things to my watchlist, let me mark movies and episodes as watched, and have custom lists for things like date nights or family nights. It already knows which streaming service has the content you're looking for. They could easily build this service from the data they already have, or - better yet - buy one that already exists and integrate it. I cannot imagine being in a pitch meeting and they say "nah, we don't think our customers would use that".

Hi all,

I have been using Indeed daily for over a year with mostly no issues - sometimes the captcha takes 10-15 loops, but otherwise it is fine. I use Vivalidi (in a Linux VM, if that matters). For the last week or so, the Cloudflare checkbox loop has been blocked from accessing Indeed. I have tried disabling my VPN. I have set both Indeed and Cloudflare to "no blocking" in Vivaldi settings. Based on some other posts, I have tried various network setting changes regarding DNS-over-HTTPS as well as the user agent. None of the combination of changes I have tried has worked. It works fine in Firefox, which means the Linux VM isn't causing the issue. Are there any other mechanisms I can try?

I will cross-post this on both Cloudflare and Vivaldi subreddits, just in case.

Thanks!
