Has anyone ever stayed in Surrey Hall on 42nd street. If so, were there any concerns I should look out for?

4715 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19139 . Does anyone have experience living in Verona Plaza? Or know anything about it. As well as surrounding area. It’s an apartment complex I’m potentially looking to move into.
