Maximum of 3 stars obtainable on level 1, 4 stars required for level 2? Am i missing something or is this just idiocy from the devs?

As title says, i saw a post about this exact card and it having a “double holo” error, looked at mine, and theres holo throughout the body?

Ive messaged someone in the community who is renowned for knowing a lot about misprints, but what do yall think?
