Should I replace my charger?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad & I think this damage has been on the cable for a few years. It’s just in this one place. My OCD is pretty bad today and I’m not very good with understanding cables and what is damage or just cosmetic, do you think I need to replace the charger? Thanks!

iPad Air M3 camera flickers with artificial light

On my new iPad Air M3 I’m having an issue where my camera sometimes flickers quite strongly when it’s dark and in artificial light. Is this to be expected / normal? With some of my lights on in the evening when I’m on a video call my camera is flickering against the light and it’s really distracting and annoying. I don’t have this issue during the day with lights on, just evening. Apple said the diagnostics show my camera is fine but to keep an eye on it. Any ideas? I’m based in the UK. Thank you.
