Geeksquad doesn’t do full PC builds under total but can parts be done?

Total doesn’t cover full builds anymore. How much do I need done before they will “finish” a build? I know it’s easy, but I would like to have the CPU heatsink installed with the brackets and proper amount of thermal paste.

Information on Artwork/Poster in The Matrix Resurrections?

Did anyone ever get information on what this poster or artwork is? I got an LLM hallucinating that it’s a “photograph” by Darin Pappas and was sold on allposters.com in the 90s. Called it out as such and it was like “yeah, totally right in calling me out cuz that’s bullshit”. Then it’s telling me it’s a stylistic recreation of a promotional photo of an Hp ProLiant server rack. I hate LLMs. I had it “upscale” the image and it failed pretty spectacularly. I’m sure this art must be specific to the movie?

This network blows my mind. How does it exist? How does it make money? Why has it taken so long for something like this to exist?

I see tiny original content based around bumpers and advertisements. Who’s making these? I want more.

I can’t be the only one who genuinely feels like this channel is what Cartoon Network started out as.

I’ve owned a mister stack in an acrylic case for awhile and it’s just a pain to use. It’s small, light (slides around), hard to get to all the ports under my TV. It’s ugly.

The user experience is amazing. I need a good solution to rehouse this thing. I’ve seen the ironclad which makes it fit in itx cases but I’m not sure if that’s the way to go.

I’d love for a console style case for the stack, not just a “shell” like my current setup. Any suggestions for 3D prints or solutions that are better than the little acrylic shells? I want to enjoy the outside as much as the inside :)

I see these things have gotten cheap lately. Sub-$100 for 44 licensed Neo Geo games is pretty solid. I’m out here trying not to spend on an AES+.

But it doesn’t have any shooters! Other than Batocera beta is there any way to get a shooter or two like Pulsar or Blazing Star on here?

I’m seeing HyloX for the MVSX which has a similar board to this thing but I’m not sure that method would ever work.

The metal chassis is sturdy and honestly a quick rewire into a Pi would probably do trick but I mean, less work, less (no) money is always ideal.

The alternative in the price range is a Pandora Box is always such a gamble, usually super jank, and this just seems better.

I have an older Pandora panel with an aging board inside but the sticks and buttons were upgraded to Sanwa. It’s a very well built chassis but the board is just trash tier.

Is there a cost effective (sub-$200) way to get reasonable performance from Naomi/Atomiswave games?

Any chance of retrofitting a mini pc (n100?) or finding a newer rk3566 based Pandora mainboard? Seems like only mrmattsarcade was selling those boards and AliExpress is a fail.

This is one of those “I know starting from scratch results in a better end result but I want to use what I have” type deals.

Maybe even stuff a $100 google tv streamer in there with a good front end?

Is there any solid new controllers that would be a good fit?

Also, would a playstation 2 DualShock work on it? Gently used matching transparent blue controller seems peak.
