REMEMBER GOODRICH DAIRY?
GOODRICH DAIRY IN MILLARD.
When I was a teenager, I used to work at the Goodrich Dairy in Millard in 1978. We made ice cream floats, banana splits, sold ice cream, eggs, milk, butter.
I remember when the movie "ROCKY" came out and he drank all those raw eggs in the movie. We used to sell malts and shakes. You could get an raw egg blended in if you were a tough guy. That was for the macho man!
It was a great place to work. We had so much fun, and everybody buying ice cream is always in a good mood. Does anybody remember Goodrich Dairy? What are your stories of that place, good, bad, or otherwise? Fond memories as a teenager for me.
