What’s the long term plan with filler?

Hello, I’m in my 20s and have been considering filler for a while. I’ve been wanting to get my lips slightly done, and potentially filler in my cheeks to help with my nasolabial folds. These are two areas that I would want to maintain the appearance of, and that’s got me wondering what the long term plan with filler is.

From my research, filler technically never goes away, and I’m fearful of looking overfilled or puffy. To my understanding, the effects of filler as best within the first year (if not longer depending on product), so I would need touch ups to maintain the look they give. If I’m going to be getting touch ups year after year, what will the outcome be 10 or 15 years from now? I’m just worried I will eventually have a significant amount of buildup due to prolonged treatment, and any more treatment will look unnatural, even if my face reverts to my pre filler state (can this even happen with buildup!?). Is buildup partially to blame for an overfilled appearance if it maintains my desired look and I stop getting touch ups (because my filler isn’t going away)? I’m just not sure how else I can enhance these two areas without surgical procedures. I’m worried that this is a short term solution that will become more of a regret down the road, so I’d really love some insight!

Furthermore, does long term filler use make it more difficult if I wanted to go a surgical route in the future and perhaps get a mid face lift?

Thank you!

Best outdoor spot to have a late night existential crisis at?

Hello! I just moved to Ottawa, and am in need of an outdoor spot to sit and ponder the world at. I need recommendations for somewhere I can gaze around while sitting and thinking about life. I would love to find a secluded spot that I can hide away at, but also hoping for relatively safe areas. Bonus if there’s parking close by and a good view!

Btw: please don’t be concerned I am 100% fine emotionally, I just really like solitude outdoors!
