extenuating circumstances?

I recently got an offer from exeter and i am super excited but my grandmother has been diagnosed with cancer today and with two months until exams im really crumbling. i dont want to use it as an excuse but im just really worried im not going to perform well due to this as she doesn’t have long to live… im really upset and unsure what steps to take regarding my education.

HELP

I started my period when i was 10 and ever since my pain has been excruciating. every month i dread it because i always end up throwing up, fainting, and having to come home from school. i bleed through a superplus tampon, a night pad and period undies all under an hour when im wearing them all together at the same time. i’m 18 now and ive been to the drs dozens of times. every time they tell me it’s normal. i’m on tranexamic acid (which still only brings my bleeding down to around 2 hours without changing), naproxen and paracetamol and still i’m in pain. i’ve tried to get scans but the doctors are having none of it. it’s completely debilitating. i went on the pill and i still bled. i’ve tried the coil and i still bled. i’m getting to the point where im losing hope. is anyone else in this situation? and if so… does anyone have any advice? i’m in the UK

i do think i might have endometriosis… i had a ultrasound and the doctor said my uterus is tilted backwards which apparently is a sign? but they say im too young to have endo so im lost.
