Iam looking for a higher quality cobra kai all seasons

25M - 5’8 height

I have Been training consistently for 16 months now. Strength is actually pretty good — benching 90kg, lat pulldown 70kg, curling 40kg. But if you saw me on the street you’d have absolutely no idea I even go to the gym.

My body just looks… bulky and soft. Arms grew in size but zero definition, looks more like fat than muscle( looks same like a middle aged women’s arms bigger size and zero definition)

I see zero muscle definition except on upper chest and right now I look like a person in a very bad dirty bulk - fluffy and puffy shape

The fat on the sides of my chest just refuses to leave ( mainly the side chest fat ) and I DONT HAVE GYNAECOMASTIA GOT CHECKED

Only thing that actually looks decent is my upper chest.

How much I eat clean and control my calorie intake i just can’t loose my belly and it’s really jiggly and soft ( feels like a baby’s stomach to touch )

Got my hormones checked recently and this came up:
1. Free testosterone — middle of the range for my age - 458
2. Prolactin — slightly high - 30 ( 15 for males )
3. SHBG — lower than it should be - 16 ( 18 to 54 for males )

Hey everyone! I just got a MacBook Air M5 for college and I’m completely new to macOS, so still figuring things out

I’m having an issue with notifications and background sync across three apps - Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook, and WhatsApp. None of them alert me when a new message or email arrives

The only way I find out is by manually opening the app, and then it does a quick refresh for a split second and suddenly all the new emails/messages appear

So the data IS coming through — just only when I open the app myself. It’s like nothing is running in the background.

I’ve checked Notifications in System Settings and everything looks enabled. I’m not sure what else to look at since I’m pretty new to Mac.

Any help would be hugely appreciated — especially if you can explain it in simple terms 🙏

I recently got a MacBook Air (M5) for my master’s program, and I also have an Xbox Cloud Gaming subscription. I’m looking to buy a compatible controller mainly for cloud gaming

but I’m a bit unsure what works best with macOS.

I’ve been checking out 8BitDo controllers, but I’m not sure how well they work with Xbox Cloud Gaming on a Macbook

Im completely new to the Apple ecosystem so i really appreciate any suggestions or advice on which controllers are fully compatible and offer a smooth experience
