It is 5/12/2026, Trey first played this with Ghosts of the Forest proper on 4/4/2019. It has been 7 years, and nobody decided to chord out such a special song?
I get it. It's transparently a Trey tune sang to the masses. Important, meaningful, beautiful, and when I finished writing this transcription I played for my partner and she cried.. so how am I the one to get to this

Fiddle around a bit with the G>Gm>Dsus2 turnaround.
The way I'm going to write this is Dsus2 for ALL D string 0-2-4-5. It will be written under the same chord.
He is playing the open D string, D > E > F# > G as the 0-2-4-5.
