I have 3 free night certs from welcome bonus + 65% bonus transfer from chase card currently, so willing to top off.

Will be traveling in october/november and are open to anything domestic and open to caribbean or european travel as well.

EDIT. Based in US. The FNC’s are 50k pts each. So 75k per night with top off.

Hey everyone, long story short. I filed my claim already, were told that I would receive 15,750 avios and £140 per passenger. So 31,500 avios and £280 total. Submitted everything, and only received $170(which equates to £140).

Still waiting on the points and the other £140.

I type in my case number on the refund tracker, says case cannot be found.

What can I do to escalate this. Its been since march.

Next time i’m flying british airways.
