Just tortellini count? Vegetable heavy tortellini salad recipe came out so good!

Tri-colored cheese tortellini, carrots, broccoli, red peppers, green peppers, lite Italian dressing, red onions, dry Italian herbs, cracked black pepper, Monterey Jack pepper cheese and a few tablespoons of crumbled feta then all mixed together. I think next time I'll add black olives! Served with baked zucchini- cheese melt & bread.👌🏼

$31.35 Today's small haul plus I found the keychain holder I wanted!

Going on vacation soon so trying to finish up the veg and fruit I have in the fridge. I have plenty of frozen options that I pre-made. My plan is to make a tortellini salad with some veggies like my peppers and onions and carrots. Maybe a mac and cheese with some veggies with all the leftover bits of cheese in the drawer. Definitely berries for breakfast on yogurt or overnight oats. And avocado toast. Oh & I found the cassette keychain coin holder! I'm so psyched :-) I hope everybody has a great Sunday!

$31.35 Small weird haul because....

So I'm going on vacation in 9 days and trying to use up the rest of the veg and fruit that I have before clearing out my fridge. I needed a few things for the trip like those little tuna and cracker kits, and I don't want to run out to the store anymore before I leave so I got extra chocolate (it won't go bad by the time I return) lol. This was an Aldi run in Connecticut and I did find the cassette coin holder keychain - it was the last one! And I have a lot of frozen super cubed soups and meals in my freezer, so I am well covered. I'm honestly surprised this cost as much as it did. I think it was the chickpea lentil orzo and the bars of chocolate that made this order as high priced as it ended up being. I'm definitely going to make a tortellini salad, maybe some homemade mac and cheese with all my leftover cheese that I can freeze leftovers. The berries are for yogurt I have at home and overnight oats. Avocado toast as well.
