A little background:

I'm a solo developer from the twin cities building a hyperlocal services marketplace — think finding a plumber, electrician, tutor, cleaner, or painter near you without calling random numbers from a wall poster or asking in the family WhatsApp group.

The idea is simple: you post what you need, nearby service providers see it and send you their offer, you pick the one that suits you, and that's it. No middleman, no commission, no nonsense.

Before I build further, I want to be honest — I don't want to spend months building something nobody actually needs.

So I have some real questions for you:

1. Have you ever struggled to find a reliable electrician, plumber, tutor, or any home service provider in DHA, Bahria Town, or Askari? How did you end up finding one?

2. Would you trust an app to connect you with a nearby service provider — or does trust only come from a personal referral?

3. What would make you feel safe enough to hire someone you found on an app?

4. For anyone who does home services or tutoring on the side — what stops you from finding more clients right now?

5. Why do you think something like UrbanClap never took off properly in Pakistan?

Launching in twin cities first — DHA, Bahria Town, Askari — then expanding city by city.
