Theres a bus driver along my route, who tries to deny me a transfer 2 days in a row because i asked before i get off the bus. I take the bus all the time in the morning while taking my son to school and no other bus driver has ever given me an issue when asking for a transfer. Literally, and i have lived here all my life. The first day i let it go, but the second day i got into an argument that held up the bus because im rightfully entitled to a transfer, im getting on the bus with a child while people are behind me, im not going to remember to ask for a transfer at the moment. He ended up giving me the transfer after about 3 minutes of us arguing back and forth, both shouting at eachother. Seriously it was ridiculous.

Before escalating the situation and reporting, i want to know if it is a new standard procedure or something that you can’t receive a transfer while exiting the bus?

I am a american citizen, born and raised in nyc. I had a federal permit that expired on my birthday 2 months ago, but i left it at home accidentally and bought another expired license. (Havent had time to get to the dmv and renew it with a infant child at home and while working). At JFK airport i showed them my expired ID, birth certificate and nyc id and i did the confirm id process and was let on the plane to Florida. On my return flight at MCO in orlando, the senior TSA agent said he cannot verify my identity or find me in the system which everyone was confused about. How could that be possible if I flown here and lived here all my life? I 100% think this was a case of discrimination.

How can it be possible that i have done the application process, was let on the plane and JFK but now allowed to fly to return? How can i not be found in the system, i have flown before?
