Kumori customer service, non-existent. Anyone else?

Kumori sent me an incorrect item in my second order with them. I have been reaching out to them for 7 days now but have gotten no reply at all.

I have tried to be patient with receiving a response, but it has been a full week now since I received my incorrect item and emailed them about it. I've gotten no response at all and I've tried supportcrew@kumorico.com, kumoribiz@gmail.com, and eventually tried calling a number I found for them 719.960.1441 but only reached a voicemail.

The order had 7 items, and 1 pair was the wrong color. Normally I wouldn't care that much but the color that they incorrectly sent is a color I can't wear (lemongrass). And I chose the original color (northlake) to specifically go with my tattoo.

I'm really bummed because I've been liking the underwear and recommending that my husband order some. But this experience is making me not want to recommend them.

Are Switchbot servers down right now?

EDITED TO ADD: Switchbot customer support confirmed that they were having server issues due to an AWS anomaly, but they sent me a message at 2:32AM saying that they had fixed it.

I also got phantom water Leak detector "Alarm Cleared" notifications at 3:29AM but there was no alarm.

It's a bit frustrating that https://status.switch-bot.com never showed any issues. What's the point of that site?

ORIGINAL POST: My Switchbot hub is continually blinking tonight and I have tried unplugging it to reset it, but I'm getting no notification that my hub is offline.

Trying to connect to my Switchbot Lock Pro through Wi-Fi (which should only work through the hub) the Switchbot app gives a spinning icon, but never connects and again never says that the hub is disconnected.

This only makes sense to me if the main Switchbot servers are down. Anyone else?

My husband and I (both men) previously had different Google Assistant voices for our profiles. Our voices are similar enough that Assistant and Gemini sometimes confuse us for each other (and yes, we've re-recorded Voice Match multiple times to no avail).

With Assistant, when Google Home guessed the wrong user we would know immediately, because the wrong Assistant voice would respond. But with Gemini for Home, all users must use the same voice. So now we can't tell when Gemini thinks that I am my husband or vice versa.

Today I was using a Nest Mini to add an appointment to my calendar, but Gemini for Home added it to my husband's calendar because it thought I was him. And there's no way to tell that this is happening during the Gemini interaction.

It's incredibly frustrating.
