Struggling to get the angle I need

How do I achieve the chamfer on the ring in the photo? I am a beginner but have done solid works level 2 then moved to Onshape.

I can do basics but am designing my own ring. I sent a chamfer around the ring but need the off plane extruded cut (I think) to finish it off.

Aurelinne is so cheap but is there a Chinese source equivalent?

I am in the UK so buying from the US and paying delivery/import fees doesn’t make sense but the diamond I want from the UK is £620 and from Aurelinne is £295. I assume they all come from China so is there a way to get them from source?

The diamond I want is a Fancy orange 1 carat and Starsgem (my go to) are not able to source.
