The customer support for this product is a complete joke.

I've been sitting with brand new, out of the box, lymow one for 3 weeks that hasn't cut a single blade of grass. The RTK is goosed, either on the mower or the physical RTK or both.

Submitted a ticket over 2 weeks ago and got nothing more than a "have you tried moving the RTK" when i was very clear with what the exact issue was giving numerous pictures, documentation, examples and proof its not functioning.

now they respond to nothing.

they don't even approve my facebook posts asking wtf is going on.

For a product that cost me £1500 that i cannot use its an absolute joke that you have to wait weeks at a time to get a reponse, and that reponse being from someone who half assed read the email and just clicked the closest FAQ template they could find.

Hi all - first time going to Ibiza

heading for my wife’s 40th next month 24th June for 3 nights. Our only plan so far is to see fisher in univrs on her birthday night 25th. And to go for a few drinks at sunset - so maybe like mambo

We’re looking for a pretty chill vibe by the pool during the day but don’t mind some beats on. Not looking for a full on party in the hotel.

We usually stay in pretty nice places so looking for something nice but don’t wanna drop more than like 400 a night.

Anyone any idea where on the island we should look to be staying ? I really have no idea at the minute.

Pps if anyone know any good vegetarian restaurants to eat at that would be a bonus !

Trying to diagnose problem with my mower / rtk. Can anyone confirm does the mower show l1 and gnss satellites when the rtk is NOT on / connected ?

I can’t tell if my mower gps is fucked or if it’s the rtk
