Customer Support is an absolute shambles
The customer support for this product is a complete joke.
I've been sitting with brand new, out of the box, lymow one for 3 weeks that hasn't cut a single blade of grass. The RTK is goosed, either on the mower or the physical RTK or both.
Submitted a ticket over 2 weeks ago and got nothing more than a "have you tried moving the RTK" when i was very clear with what the exact issue was giving numerous pictures, documentation, examples and proof its not functioning.
now they respond to nothing.
they don't even approve my facebook posts asking wtf is going on.
For a product that cost me £1500 that i cannot use its an absolute joke that you have to wait weeks at a time to get a reponse, and that reponse being from someone who half assed read the email and just clicked the closest FAQ template they could find.
