i have a room for rent in a 2 br/1b ridgewood apartment that i am living in. it is super cute apartment, soooooo sunny and dreamy !! more details:

- rent is $1450 for medium sized room (it a queen or full bed w room for a dresser or desk and more) utilities can range from $50-150

Looking for a (responsible! clean! tidy! chill!) roommate, someone in their late 20's or in their 30's who is financially responsible (full time, permanent job), or if not, is able to sign with a guarantor. we would be signing a new lease, so you'd be required to fill out an application (40x the rent, good credit score, etc)

• ⁠apartment is in a really great, central location - 15 min walk to the L at Halsey st., 10 min walk to the M at Forest Ave,

• ⁠the open room comes unfurnished; the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

• ⁠i have 2 cats! and though they would love more animal friends, we're at the pet limit for the apartment
