A little Mother’s Day glute workout that I did with my mama. Have reaaaally been focusing on staying consistent and what better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than taking care of your body!!
Little wins are feeling good in my skin and getting stronger!

Single leg pendulum squat 3x10
Hip thrusts 4x10
Side lunges with sliders 3x10
Single leg step ups 3x8
Been focusing more on single leg movements and I think it’s helping my stability tremendously!!
EDIT to say I’m 5’4 in case anyone was wondering haha
Workout done and now I can move on with my life 😂😂 does anyone else feel like they can’t properly chill until they’ve exercised??

With the release of cherry ember, I wanted to pull these guys out!! I actually snagged them last week on that Barry’s flash sale…literally paid 34$ for them with shipping 🤯🤯
The are double lined however, and I’ve never worn a pair of double lined aligns! I know they get a lot of hate but I actually don’t mind them. They feel nice and snug and like they’re holding me in well. Still debating whether I should turn these into a pair of shorts or not….someone convince me one way or the other 😜

Celebrating staying consistent!! Although I will say that doing a leg day at the start of the week makes me want to die 😂😭. BUT I do love the fact that you hit the ground running and get it over with!
My current training split is: lower, upper, cardio/walk, lower, upper, lower.
The cardio day comes and goes depending on how much time I have that week and how motivated I am feeling. I usually aim to do SOMETHING 4-6 days a week. What are your guys’ training splits like??
