I love it so much 😊. The artist who made it is really talented. Her name is tatasdeadstore and she’s on Etsy.

Going to a “favorite decade” themed party. (Not a costume party) Which outfit should I wear?

I have a party to go to Friday night that is “wear your favorite decade”. I happen to have 2 authentic 60’s/70’s dresses that could work: the Hawaiian kaftan or the polyester geometric dress. Which one should I wear? I do have to say that I did wear the geometric dress to a party with the alot of the same people so they’ve already seen this dress. The kaftan hasn’t ever been worn.

EDIT: If I wear the kaftan I can wear my natural hair. If I wear the geometric dress then I have to either straighten my hair and do a Farrah Fawcett feathered hair or wear a wig which I don’t really want to do.

Ok for night out?

I bought this dress because I put it on my 2026 vision board. It was $100 but I've never worn it. I am going to a whiskey bar with a friend for a fun night out. Is it too much? Im worried I'll look like mutton dressed as lamb and look silly. But I just love this dress! Maybe I could pair it with a cardigan?

Recent fits from Seoul — Ivy/Trad × Outdoor layering for spring

Here are some recent outfits mixing trad basics with vintage outdoor pieces — my own take on what I'd call "heavy ivy."

-

L.L.Bean anorak, madras shirt, M-43 HBT pants, Columbia hiking sneakers, ball cap

Herringbone wool blazer & trousers (suit), Fair Isle vest, OCBD, regimental tie, derby shoes

Chambray shirt, M-43 HBT pants, penny loafers, canvas tote, ball cap

Green half-zip rugby, raw denim / navy shorts (one piece, two ways)

90s Columbia windbreaker, chinos, Columbia hiking sneakers, ball cap

90s The North Face mountain jacket, rugby tee, OCBD, chinos, penny loafers, ball cap

Anorak, madras shirt, chinos, NB 993, ball cap

Navy gold-button blazer, chambray shirt, M-43 HBT pants, penny loafers, canvas tote, ball cap

-

Spring in Seoul means 5°C mornings and 18°C afternoons, so most of these are about easy layering — throw an outdoor shell over trad basics and you're set.

Take On Me - Take Me On

I've been painting/making a bunch of stuff. Big Clips are 3d printed and covered in a soft resin. Hand painted some uneven stripes on my hat.

Shoes painted by my partner, and sweater hand stitched. Back of the jacket is a combo by us!

Also loving my new Nothing headphones!

Accessories ideas for "plain" prom dress

hey guys! few days ago I asked which prom dress I should choose. I choose the one that got the most "hate" lol. Some of you said it's rather "plain", so any ideas to elevate it?
