Searwood not updating software

Got a new searwood that doesn't update the software. Connects to the app but no update despite trouble shooting and trying different methods online. I came across a suggestion to reset the control panel. It's now stuck on the reset mode with it loading even if you press the menu button, turn it off, keep holding the button and turn it back on. If I do that, it asks me if I want to reset and even if I say no, it goes into reset mode and gets stuck loading there so can't even use the BBQ. Tried disconnecting the panel from the BBQ and disconnecting the BBQ from the power source but it persists.

Any suggestions or someone had a similar issue?. I'm aware of weber support but thought I'd check if there was an easy fix first.

I sprayed some PVCs to be installed on the exterior with a bonding agent, let it dry then sprayed the custom color. The time using the liquid consistency cup was 22-25 seconds as suggested by the paint manufacturer.

Initially i used a Behr Matte paint custom color. There was no issue. But I wanted satin for better resistance to water/snow. I got the same custom Behr color from home depot but this time it was satin. Same quality.

I got the paint mixed that day, went back and mixed it again before using it within the hour. When I sprayed the satin paint it was the right color at the time. When it dried the next day it had a greenish tint which I suspect was one of the materials used in the mix to make it satin as the green areas were extra smooth to the touch.

Is it because the paint is pooling on the pieces as it dries so it separates? Is the paint too thin? too thick? The seller, home depot , mentioned it might have been very old paint and replaced it but I got the same results.

When I sprayed the satin it was the right color. When it dried it had a greenish tint which I suspect was one of the base colors used in the mix or the material to make it satin and smooth to the touch (the green spots feel very smooth).
