Is this a real card game?

If so, what are the rules? r/sanrio mods deleted my question for some reason :( The cards are super cute but the huge 6-digit “attack” and “defense” numbers made me question if this is a real game. Seems kinda bootleg especially with the comic sans font, but cute nonetheless. (Won at a claw machine gacha shop in the US)

Hi, I have a hopefully simple question: at USDA agencies, can one take FMLA as LWOP even with a positive sick leave balance? For example, someone needs 12 weeks off to attend to health concerns, and even though they have 480+ hours of sick leave they would prefer to take the time unpaid and keep the sick leave - is that permissible? Thank you
