I'm physically disabled and have a weird gait, which leads to landing harder on my left foot, my heels hitting the ground at an angle, and scuffing my heels, all of which combined lead to fast wear and tear on the soles of converse. I did some DIY repair/reinforcement with shoe goo and rubber so the shoes will last longer (these are about two months old.) they have to sit and cure for like two days and then I'll test them out. Not sure how well it will end up working but I'm proud of myself for doing it myself and figuring it out :)
