My cheques keep getting held there too for over three days, so i don’t know what to do.

I cant stonewall this person well as when I do the instigation exceeds. Obviously leaving when it comes to that is better, but the pattern ive noticed is arguing to justify him needing time away to his family and others. Why is this a habit of his? why are people so emotionally insecure and unable to communicate i just want this?
i know he learnt this from his mother as he says she would lie about when she was at work, and would do the same thing with fights even on christmas to then as a kid. bur if hes going to treat every woman like this i dont know why he isnt held accountable beyond just this is normal for him ?

This has happened a few times in my life; sometimes paired with chest pain. i didn’t have chest pain today but when i woke up, i couldn’t stop swallowing. i was somewhat on my back compared to towards my belly. it felt like i also couldn’t breathe. is this sleep apnea? what is this? it’s happened twice as a kid, i told my dad, but it was hard to describe. can this happen from anxiety? it made me throw immediately as sitting up didn’t stop this. what is this?
