Worst Motorcycle Showroom Experience - What do I do?

I booked the 400cc Scrambler on 16th March 2026 and paid the full amount on 25th March 2026. I wanted it to be delivered on 20th April 2026 for a reason.

Registration was done early and all that. I went on 13th April 2026 to check on the bike and found that the tyres were old, I informed them and they brushed it off, mind you I was getting a "2026" bike with a year old tyre.

When I took the delivery of the bike on the said date, there were nothing done to the bike. No accessories and when I asked them about it they told me it will arrive on the last week of April, shouldn't they have informed to me atleast? And the left side of the indicator was scratched, on a brand new bike. Sure. The chain was rusted and dry, it hadn't been lubed at all despite me telling them an hour before that I would be taking the bike at 5:30PM( They knew I was gonna be picking it up on 20th April evening cause I had texted them about it too).

Further on, I found scratches on the keyhole, yes a brand new keyhole on a brand new bike. The tank stickers were removed, the stickers on the side panel of the bike was removed. The tyre pressure sticker on the swingarm is peeled off(i did tell them about this and they brushed it off)

There are mistakes on my side as well, I should have taken the bike with accessories and all that but I did take the bike a month late.

How should I proceed with this legally?

TLDR: Pissed about the showroom experience, found a lot of defects on a brand new bike. What should I have to do legally? Advice needed.

Picked up the Scrambler 400x

It is the 400cc one.

I was told that they would give free accessories but it seems that it hasn't "arrived" yet. The payment process was done a month back. The showroom is telling me that they would receive it this month end, how much of it is true?
