Finger strength
I'm a beginner in rock climbing. 167cm 63 kg I can do about 15 pull-ups, but my forearm strength is quite weak, and many times my forearms get too sore to continue climbing. My finger strength is also terrible; I can't even hang at 20mm. If you have any recommendations for finger strength training for beginners, I would be very grateful.
