Had these bones sat in a little pot waiting for me to do something with. Think they're squirrel or rat, its been so long since I macerated them I genuinely can't remember anymore.
Previously all of my books were kept in a cupboard, so I had to go and get some shelves to display the matching spines for my recently acquired collection.
Ideally when I've got the remaining books in the series I'll make a few longer wall mounted shelves to have the at least the main arcs all lined up with some cute kitty book ends. Already having ideas on making them myself. A medicine cat den with an array or herbs on one end and a queen and kits on the other perhaps? For now though this is makes me so happy to look at, I just need to paint the wood to match my colour scheme!
Coming back into bracelet making after about 10 years. It is not perfect but I love it!
I wanted to have this collection of books since I was about 12 years old.
Today that childhood dream came true thanks to someone rehoming their own childhood collection on marketplace. I got the lot for sixty quid! An absolute steal imo.
Had to share my excitement with people that would get it!
