Honestly should have figured when I thought regular playadito was boring af should have stuck with my Kurupi and Amanda .
Found them at a ohio Costco for $10 a box.
Im really really happy with my basic v60 plus 1zpresso q series, but I really want to upgrade my grinder and cant decide between the zp6 and the eg1
Quick morning session of probably 4g, this tea is great when I want some puerh without alot of fuss.
The pickle ones are definitely a bit powerful on the front but the ranch smooths it out and becomes a delicious flavor. The all dressed is super unique its BBQ at first then a bit of vinegar and as that settles down yoy taste the ketchup.
Super smooth, well rounded natural coffee no complaints, did 13g 250ml... I tried to do 200ml but I forgot my ratio half way through brewing. Would recommend if you like a very natural Ethiopia.
So back on the 22? I think of April I did a order at eight ounce coffee it was for 2 bags and a can they showed up yesterday, everyone was at least 3 weeks since the roast date and I brewed 2 of them and I could barely taste any notes, today I brewed strawberry kiss again and its the same, am I crazy? Ive done a 1.16 somewhat course but not to course grind in a hario switch with cafec filters
This coffee was roasted on April 8, I just got it in the mail today I was expecting more of the notes on it to come out but not really seeing that at first I thought I had a glimpse of the watermelon. Maybe it needs more rest. Did 1.15. I feel like i get a glimpse of the goji berry note.
I've been really tempted on their Taiwanese gesha they sell, I was trying to find reviews on this reddit of that roaster and they seem to be pretty bare, I know some of their listings are pretty expensive....
Brewing this tea in a clay pot vs a porcelain one is interesting because I feel it develops a super honey note. It is one of my favorite young shengs I have drank.
Its very smooth, thick mouthfeel, wheat notes, bit of menthol on on the back of the throat after swallowing, some kind of fruit note I couldn't figure out. Im very happy with this purchase.
