Is 4000iu of d3 safe to take without any tests?

I bought the 2200 iu bottle but it's around the same price as the 4000 one and I don't wanna waste money so I'm thinking of returning it since it's unopened and I just bought it today. I never leave my house if that helps 😭

Moved to a new house with my family recently and the previous owners had a bunch of neglected plants outside. I'm surprised he's been growing with me despite the gross soil he's in, I'm planning to get the correct type soon and a better pot, this was the only unused one I found that they had from before. It still looks pretty rough rn but I think it'll thrive after the repot, I'll post an update later. This is after about 2 months after I freed it from it's shackles and the burning sun lol. I've lowkey been feeling paternal towards him lately so I just wanted to share 🤥

Snail shells from my yard

I feel bad that these little guys just hang out a bit and then randomly die so I just pick up the empty shells I find cause they look cool and so that they didn't die for nothing

I made a post about this before towards the end of march. This was gifted to me by my parents who didn't know the plant was painted so I spent a lot of time trying to get it off (and yes I guess I wasn't gentle enough which I do feel bad about but the paint just refused to come off so I had no other choice hence the cracks in the last image) and it's grown quite a lot. I'll admit I haven't been paying much attention to it because I've been busy so I hadn't noticed the way they had bent over and almost broke so I fixed it with the sticks, i used tape because I didn't really have anything else plus they were so fragile I don't know how I would use rubber bands if I had any so I used some tape which is probably not the best solution but it's all I had. I'm planning to repot and change the soil because it's weirdly spongy I don't really know much about plant care but I don't think that's very suitable for a succulent. The African spear at the back yellowed a couple days after I removed the paint and dried up but idk why it was just one and not all of them but ok lol. Anyway please leave some care tips or thoughts if you have any i'd appreciate it :)
