Coustmer services experts. I am wrong in here ?
A lady came to buy a playing card, She took 5 minutes to download an app that will give her more cash in her card and there's was people were waiting behind her she said they weren’t with her, so I helped the next customer while she stand beside the counter.
After I finished her transaction, she wanted to order again for new people who just walked in — not even in line ( they are her friends) , I already had a queue, so I took the next person. I didn't heard her Cleary when she said wait ! According to her when she was complaining to the supervisor, she said " I told her to wait "
In that moment I already finished her order. And the cousmter in the line was waiting and long queue, Is strange that she waited for one minute and she start scolds me: How dare you ignore me? I worked one year and half in that field but still problems came to me even with experience.. people who work in similar jobs. How do you see that situation ?
