I have a parrot and spend a fiver a week on finger chillies - any tips on growing them or am I too late this year to grow some for him?

Has anyone ever asked their dermatologist or dr about could your eczema be gut related? And do you get a positive response?

I feel like when I mention possible reasons for my 50 years of eczema they treat me like they know best.

Hi I have owned an Otty pure + bamboo hybrid for the last 5 years it 100% helped my lower back and hip pain but just recently the dreaded pain is back so I'm guessing the mattress as had it, I've just trialed a 10cm silentnight standard topper with no luck.

Is it worth continuing looking for a topper to help or time for the headache of a new mattress?
