What can I use to paint my center console in my Subaru

I'm looking to try to bulletproof my center console on my 2026 Subaru Crosstrek. The first day I had it my dog put her nails up on the console and filled it with holes. I joke that half the car is made of hard cheese. Not that sturdy. Not really funny. I haven't worked with anything like Rhino Lining and wonder if it's going to be like painting 100 grit sandpaper onto my console. Not very comfy. Is there something I can coat the console with to help dog proof it and still have something moderately comfortable for the forearm?

How do you make sun dried tomatoes in oil?

Hey Y`all,

I'm looking to take a portion of my roma tomatoes this year and dry them out in a dehydrator. I'll want to add them to olive oil and either have them canned or pressure canned. However I can keep them longest. I'm kind of wondering how they seal them off when you buy them in the glass jar at the store.

Regardless, I'd like some ideas on the process and any success stories you can share. Which olive oil should I use? How dry should the tomatoes be before going into oil? How long will they last on the shelf? Things like that.

I got my 06 Miata LAAST February and I was really great to it. No rain, no salt, staying warm in the garage. Just easy miles. Now, I'm in the second year of ownership. I lean into corners about as hard as I can and I leave it out in the rain. I'll hose it down and wipe it off with a towel to avoid spotting before it goes back in the garage. It leads me to wonder how many people baby their Miatas vs the people who just drive them like any other car.
