What hashtags do i add

Employees (like at restaurants for example) will always make sure to embarrass me or make me feel trashy just because I'm doing one thing disallowed or because I'm slightly inconveniencing them as a customer, rather than just informing me like normal, if i break a rule at an establishment such as eating where eating is not allowed then the employees will literally get on my ass and it makes me feel terrible about social interactions in general and how other people see me.

A lot of the time they always have such an attitude towards me, that even when an attitude is not obvious or intended (like in the drawing) i still feel paranoid about how they might feel about me just because I'm inconveniencing them a tiny bit or not inconveniencing them at all (also like in the drawing). Like i get some of them are minimum wage workers so their jobs might be stressful but this is genuinely making me feel shitty in social situations and an urge is growing to irrationally control my behaviors when it's not even needed just so I'm not judged all the time just because the staff at a train station keep huffing and puffing at me for blinking wrong.

Idk maybe I'm just taking things completely the wrong way or I'm the problem
