I purchased a ceramic bundle for 160. The seller did not use any bubblewrap or cushioning when shipping. They literally tossed tons of ceramic figures into a box with only some packing paper on top. The moment I even picked up the box I knew everything was broken. Whilst I understand in transit they get tossed & thrown. But if you're a seller I feel like you should properly package fragiles correctly to avoid this. Atleast 90% was ruined. While I did get a refund & got to keep all the "junk" now, I did leave a review BEFORE the seller responded. They now want me to take my review down but I'm indecisive. Will leaving my review up come back & bite me ?

I personally feel like all I can do is email depop in hopes they pay this seller after they learn I did receive my package as expected. But as far as them paying outta pocket for shipping? Idk. This has never happened to me before
