I've spent all afternoon/evening trying to learn how to use my new midi keyboard & the basics of making beats, but no matter what I do I cannot get it to work or interact with the software at all. It detects the keyboard itself, and I've followed every video tutorial to a T, but it just won't work. I tried plugging it into bandlab and it worked as some instruments but not others which has frankly confused me more. No one I've talked to knows what the problem is. Can anyone help please? :)

Recently got a second hand MPK Mini MK2 and I've been trying to set it up in bandlab for the past hour,
but no matter what I try, despite the screen showing that the sounds are playing and that nothings muted, it doesn't play any audible sound whatsoever. Old tutorials online just lead to dead 404 websites and google is so full of irrelevant ai-generated advice that I cannot find any pointers on how to fix this whatsoever. Can anyone help? Thank you :)

I don't know if I'm going crazy or if there's something wrong with me. I can be standing right next to someone else and I can be absolutely battered with wind with my hair being completely messed up whilst the other person doesn't feel a thing and is confused as to why I keep getting hit by wind that to them is not there. I can be stood completely covered by heavy brick walls and have large gusts of wind feel almost as if they're coming straight from the walls despite that being impossible. I am constantly battling against wind whilst others are unaffected and look at me strangely. What is the problem??
