Hey everyone, I am living in Austria and I have a 2022 Suzuki SV650 with 13,000 km. In addition it has crash bar from SW motech, rear bars and windshield from Puig. Motorbike in this condition on willhaben (popular site or seeling used goods) are around 5500 euro. I noticed from a few months a bit of fuel leaking from the overflow drain, the mechanic diagnosed a cracked internal tank pipe.

Here's the situation: The big service (oils, pads, etc.) is also due now A mechanic quoted me 1,500€ for everything combined — tank fix + full service. Pickerl is active, bike runs perfectly otherwise, but I have no service receipts other than one(I always stupidly accepted the "discount" from the mechanic, my bad).

I'm now considering selling instead of repairing, since life and economical challenges are coming soon. I have three options: Sell as-is privately with disclosed defect Fix it first, then sell privately Sell directly to the mechanic who'd buy and resell it himself What's a fair price for each scenario? And if the mechanic makes me an offer, what's the minimum I should accept? I am more tending to selling to the mechanic, just because is a very stressful period and I cannot imagine having the hassle to give the bike for trial and explaining suspicious people why I just have 1 out of all the service receipts I should have. Thank you all!

TL;DR: 2022 SV650, 13k km, cracked tank from a crash, 1,500€ repair quote, no service receipts, Pickerl active. Life circumstances changed — so selling makes more sense than repairing. What should I realistically expect to get, and what's the price if a mechanic wants to buy it directly?

Hi everyone,

We are about to buy an apartment/new construction that is currently almost finished.

The apartment is in a new condominium, that offer also gym & a sauna.

To be very clear, these facilities are handled by the building facilities: the opening hours are between 7 and 22 (perfect for me since my routine wake - sleep is 6 - 22)

The running cost of the two facilities will be paid only by people who used them (with a tag system for entering and automatic debit in their monthly costs)

Everything looks great but there is one thing bugging me: one bedroom share a wall with the gym. I asked some questions as clear as (AI LLM) I could make them but the gym position still bugs me.

I added the screenshot of the answers (in green) and a floor plan (apartment is in yellow)

If you have personal experience of building such construction or living in such situation I will be very curious.

TL;DR: Buying a new-build apartment in a condo with shared gym & sauna. Both facilities sound great — usage-based costs, good hours — but one bedroom shares a wall with the gym. Got answers from the developer but still worried about noise/vibration. Anyone with experience living next to a gym in a condo?
