Being the first work in comics for illustrator Felix Delep, another massive four tome series by mastermind Xavier Dorison (Long John Silver, 1629, Das dritte Testament) just received it's final installment.

The covers are nothing but stunning, the interior art immediatley takes people by their hands, especially when they grew up with classic Disney-movies.

The story itself is a hommage/continuation of Animal Farm by George Orwell. And it is a worthy one!

Get it, read it. Blind recommendation!

One of my probably most favorite works of Grant Morrisons got to be The Invisibles, also the cover artworks are so iconic as the story itself. Especially once we get past vol. 1, when Brian Bolland takes cover duty (soon come).

Issues 1 - 8 are only included as trade paperback (If someone around Europe could help me on these singles, I would be grateful), from issue 9 in we get the single-issue ride right down to Vol.3 # 1.

Make the world an art museum! 🤩

I did not expect too much but was I gifted with a good bunch of Vertigo stuff such as The Dreaming 1 - 26 & Special 1, the expanding 'The Sandman presents'-minis, and the Sandman Gallerys, Morrison's 'Invisibles' in single issues from #9 on plus the Revolution tpb, Morrison's 'Kid Eternity' 1 - 3, Morrison's Vimanarama, two of the Vertigo Pop minis, Witching, Neverwhere (unpopular author), Winter's Edge 1 - 3, the ogns Lovecraft and It's a Bird...honorable mention is the final Sin City one-off, 'Another Saturday Night', which completes my Sin City collection and another gem of Dark Horse, the Fillbach's (Clone Wars Adventures) 'Maxwell Strangewell' digest sized ogn besides some other DH & weird Indie stuff.

And at my LCS I have been lucky enough to gather the obviously last available copy in town of the famed 'Batman DARK Patterns'.
