Started with Ahi Tostadas, then Al Pastor inspired carnitas with a grilled pineapple salsa.

Not photo'd - vegetarian aji amarillo/sweet potato tostadas, griddled cojita & veggie tacos, quesabirria tacos.

... and a week's worth of grilled chicken & steak for the dogs at the local shelter.
