Waitlisted for Summer, Anatomy 001, how many people typically drop and make way for those on waitlist? Is there always at least a few?

I got waitlisted for Anatomy 001, it says I’m 1st on the waitlist. I really need this class to graduate on time, how probable is it that someone drops before the first day of class? Do they add students in order of waitlist?
It’s a 5 week online lecture course during summer with in-person labs on Friday and Saturday.
First day of class is 7/20 and last day to add is 7/22.
