I've actually never removed the skin of tomatoes while cooking but most recipes advice to do so ? Is it OK to do so and does it have a different taste.

OK as a beginner in cooking I sometimes overcomplicate recipes and add everything that feels delicious😭. Today's goal is roasted red pepper pasta.

Majority of dishes I've cooked are: rajma, chole (kidney beans and chickpeas curry) , cheese corn sandwich , nachos dip, tofu burji and dahl chawal.

Why can't we undo the selected floor keys in an elevator 😣?

On a 33 floor building some idiot pressed all the floor keys and I just had to give up as I was on 33rd floor and the other elevator was under maintenance (like why is the 2nd elevator always under maintenance everytime??)

While making muhamara, a traditional middle east walnut dip do we need to remove the skin of walnuts? As someone who finds the skin bitter i always soak and remove skin of walnuts.

Why do people say high protein paneer tastes bad? I can literally eat it plain and it tastes just the same as paneer just more chewy.
