Help me find what lamp this is

I got this cute little lamp from a garage sale a couple weeks ago, it’s kinda beat up but i thought it was still pretty and wanted to clean it up a little. I used google lens to look for what it was called maybe a manufacturer or something, I was gonna repaint the flowers on it but didn’t wanna do so If it’s a super rare lamp or something. Google ai said it’s from the 1940s, but the only match I found of the exact lamp is a facebook post from a while ago of someone who was selling the same one in some kind of garage sale thing, they didn’t say what lamp. I also used the photo search option on eBay but couldn’t find the exact lamp. The part where you put the bulb says “Leviton” but didn’t see this when I looked up leviton frosted glass lamps. Anyone have any idea of what it could be? I’m curious if it’s actually from the 1940s I love older stuff like that and it would be so awesome if it turns out to be from around then. Took a picture of the cord to better date it and tried to take pictures of any identifying information, super interested in the history of this lamp now lol help me find out!

My mom got this chick from the store because it looked sick. She doesn’t know what’s wrong with it but we have it separate from our other chicks. She has been giving it water and food and it is on a heating pad in this video but it has been doing this thing with its mouth since we got it earlier today It is also very slow, like it doesn’t want to get up and walk around or anything like that. Does anyone know what’s might be wrong? My mom wanted to save the chick but I’m not sure if she will make it unfortunately. We are trying to do anything we can for her, any suggestions? My mom said she thinks her chest might be swollen too but with all the fluff we really can’t tell and we aren’t experts. She’s keeping the chick warm and giving it attention (holding it for long periods of time) so if she does pass she will at least be comfortable, all the other chicks in the store were trampling it.
