Travel adapter questions

I know this is probably a stupid question but I’ve never traveled internationally before so forgive me. I bought this adapter for Europe (specifically Greece), and it says AC devices must support dual voltage 100-250V. I know you usually need a converter to be able to use hair tools and stuff abroad.
my curling iron says 120/240VAC. Will I be able to safely use it with this adapter or not?

Looking for some insight on my seat choices for an upcoming long haul flight. When i booked the tickets and chose our seats, they showed as "preferred" with extra leg room. When looking at SeatMap it shows just regular economy seats. I'm hoping I didn't get ripped off by paying extra for a basic ass seat.

Flying Montreal to Athens on a 777-300ER, Row 25, Seats G & H

Return flight is also on 777-300ER, Row 22, seats G & H

Credit/debit cards while traveling

Do you call your credit card company before travelling abroad so they don't decline your purchases? My travel agent told us to do this before our trip next week, but I thought that was kind of an outdated thing that isn't really necessary anymore. What do you do?

This is my first international trip.

How is the weather and crowds in May? Specifically, I will be there May 16th through the 30th, visiting Athens, Mykonos, Kusadasi (Turkiye), Rhodes, Patmos, Crete, and Santorini. Curious how crowds are in the more touristy areas (Acropolis, Oia, Mykonos), and what the weather is typically like. Is it a humid or dry climate?

Hi all, forgive me if this is a silly question or gets asked a lot, i am traveling internationally for the first time in 2 weeks to Greece and unsure how the cell phone situation works. Do I have international access with tmobile, or do i need to get an e-sim? I've read about them but not positive how that works or if i need to get one. I have the Experience Beyond plan.

my first inclusion loaf and it is sooo tasty!

200g starter

650g water

1000g bread flour

20g salt

mix all ingredients to a shaggy dough

let rest for an hour, then 4 sets of stretch and folds 30 mins apart. added chocolate chips on the 2nd set of stretch and folds (I don’t know how much I used, I just measured with my heart!)

total bulk ferment was 8 hours

split dough in half and shaped and added a little more chocolate chips during shaping

popped in the fridge for about an hour and a half

baked at 450 lid on for 30 mins, lid off for 15 mins

Now that we've had the weekend to obsess over the album, what songs from TGD are you hoping he'll play on tour? My picks: Doors, American Cars, Paid Time Off, TGD, Willing and Able (i will absolutely sob), Porch Light, Orbiter
