Is it just me, or is no one else getting interview calls? I've been applying for data engineer jobs for years and only hear back from Accenture or TCS. I'm getting more and more depressed because I haven't seen any raises in my five years at my current company. It makes me anxious, and I can't sleep because I'm overthinking everything. I have no idea where my career is headed.

I am feeling very overwhelming nowadays, i am continuously giving interviews and no one accepting 90 days notice period, its been 5 years i got stuck in same company without any growth, last week i also got a call from Accenture HR saying all my interviews are cleared but later no updates. I am really anxious and sad.
As asked by HR last week Friday i have uploaded my PAN card and salary slip on workday, after that i didn't received update. Today i called them and they said verification is completed and they are waiting for internal approval. Not sure what kind of approval they are waiting for as salary discussion is not yet Happened.
Anyone know how much days Accenture takes to release offer after uploading PAN card and 3 months salary slip in workday portal? I have uploaded on 8 may, till now there is no updates. Kindly comment if anyone aware

I recently completed the final technical manager round for a data engineer position at Accenture. I must express my concern regarding the interviewer's professionalism. The interviewer did not activate their camera, and during the technical assessment, they presented a complex query without providing a dataset, instructing me to conceptualize it. As a data engineer with five years of experience, I was informed that I had not considered the `groupBy` function. I responded that providing the dataset in the chat would facilitate a clearer visualization of the scenario, given its apparent complexity. The theoretical portion of the interview proceeded without issue. Now i considered myself rejected.
Hi, does anyone know what happens in data engineer final interview? This final interview is scheduled after skill interview.
As a lateral candidate, I'hv passed my skill interview on 11 April and received invite of final interview confirmation on 29 April. Can anyone let me know what kind of round is this? As technical part already covered in 1 hour skill interview. Can anyone throw some light ?
