I have been in titration (Xaggitin XL) for about 2 months and I have never experienced any appetite suppressing but it’s been quite the opposite: I am always hungry. And if I don’t eat, the meds stop working or I am very tired. It’s very annoying as I have proteins in every meal.
Anyone has the same problem?

I just wanted to confirm the key of this piece are there are different answers. I would say that is in G major with two lines (legato ones) in E minor? I will be grateful for some clarification.
