Top Surgery in Quebec?

Hello! I am a transman in Nova Scotia, and I’m going on a waiting list very soon for surgery. My doctor has proposed I go on the list for surgery in Quebec, instead of in-province, and has described all of the technical stuff involved in travel and post-surgery care etc. But while I have a super supportive doctor here, I know nothing at all about any potential surgeons or care in Quebec (and have also never been). Does anyone have any advice/concerns/good doctors etc?

Streaming a Forsworn Modpack

My husband is currently streaming (and will be on and off for a wee bit probably weekly) a modpack I put together for him! It is mostly forsworn-based (he wanted to play one) with an alternate start, but also has extra stuff with bretons, werewolves and just some fun stuff and quality of life/shaders etc. We are on PS5.

I am writing this post from Sovngarde having died of laughter. The mod in question does add surprise large piles of cheese to mysterious places… but this one really took the cheese wheel. Last pic highlighting the new cheese (I already had the sliced cheese in my inventory when I got there) for those curious about the final tally.

I cannot express how much joy and chaos this mod has brought me. From free horses, aurora borealis and soul gems, to suddenly being teleported unexpectedly to High Hrothgar or having a snow bear drop on my head.

But this chicken? This guy’s my new favourite buddy. I’ve been writing him lore. He’s the real Jarl of Riften imo… taking name suggestions. Jarl Cluck?

SOLVED! Had the keys to both homes in my pockets and found the Shadowfoot Sanctum entrance - it’s in the water opposite the one that leads to by the Riften fishery.

Has anyone else ever used this mod on PS5 and if so, do you know how to get it to work?

I’ve purchased both locations but the hatch in Honeyside says it needs a key. I can’t find the hatch in Shadowfoot Sanctum.
