{Eleanor watches from distance through some of her little spies she'd planted all over. She'd already done some damage but the response had been radio silence. And unfortunately the only one with a direct spy was Vanny. The little agony creature she'd discreetly slipped onto their victim at the time had proven to be even more of a beneficial move. It had stayed attached all throughout the woman's escape and imprisonment. Right into the heart of the G.R.A.A. completely undetected.

Once inside it would freely roam on occasion but getting essential information had proven to be too complicated. Most of the records were nearly impossible to access without garnering attention keeping her from knowing anyone's location. Now it was leading Vanessa's former friend (and Vanny's ally) right to her. Perhaps he would be of use.

Unfortunately that was the only lead they had. The others had all dispersed before she could send anything could latch onto them. All their records were either blocked or changed. Leaving it virtually untraceable.

Instead she only has 3 that she currently knows how to find. And one she could directly reach as of now. Mr. Afton wasn't going to get any answers the way things were going. No need for distractions when everyone was hidden away. She needed to draw them out, pull them into something they couldn't simply ignore. And only one way for that.

It was time to step it up. In the most enjoyable and delicious way....}

{When Sylvia let Vanny use her phone, after Vanny reluctantly agreed to accept her rehab deal, Vanny quickly sent a message to a claimed friend named "Ike Smith". These​​​ are the texts that she sent and then deleted.}

Mike, if you get this please respond. It's Vanny. I'm sure you still remember me, whether good or bad. A lot has happened whether you're aware or not. Long story short after the pizzaplex was destroyed, we all ended up in a secret facility that was still run by Afton. Yeah he was still alive. Or dead alive like usual. Idk! Anyways some wannabe heroic army assholes showed up trashing the place, nabbed me and think they won. So I'm basically caged up trapped by these jerks. But something tells me it isn't over. He's got some weird demon witch helping him and she makes this creepy weird things. And you and I (and Vanessa) both know no army is going to take him down.

Oh um btw if anyone asks you're name is Ike Smith.

{Vanny is absolutely miserable. She's still kept in a cell under constant observation and doesn't even know how long it's been. And after her first dozen or so times attacking someone they finally slapped a collar on her. Which she quickly found out was a shock collar and not just for barrier. So the attacks lessened but that doesn't stop her from bristling whenever anyone got near. Sometimes she was muzzled for greater security. Mostly just straight jacket. But who could really blame her, especially with all the poking and prodding.

There's only one person she peacefully allows near her and that's one of the assistants ironically named Steve. Now given the history with Vanessa, Paul and employees or interns named Steve she felt obligated to finish him off. He was lucky his name wasn't Jason, Michael, William, or Paul. He'd have been ended immediately. As much as Malhare seemed to have vendetta for females, she really hated men since they just always kept getting in her way of everything. Well almost all men, with exceptions, maybe.

Steve seemed somewhat nice enough and is probably the only one who doesn't see her as a war criminal or research project so she's been lenient with him. Even somewhat more than tolerable. She's never attacked or threatened him so there's that.

But only him.

The scientists have also been very interested in the whole concept of Vanessa's seemingly immortality and Vanny had to bear the brunt of it. Whether they've discovered the remnant causing it or not she'll never be the one to tell them. She's overheard that the probably gallons of blood they've taken and experimented with appears normal enough. So at least she still has that victory.

Her hair's grown longer with the blonde quickly coming back leaving her with a weird ombre effect. Steve's promised to get her some hair dye to cover the roots at least. Even if he can't bring in scissors to cut it. Good enough. As much as she can do to distance herself from Vanessa or even looking like Vanessa.}

{After being rescued with the others and treated, Vanny's world quickly skyrocketed. In part due to the multiple soldiers and medical professionals she kicked, bit, punched, scratched, and otherwise attacked. Look, she's still getting used to everything that just happened in the spiral of a short time. And her whole Malhare-based trauma of 2 years. Takes some adjustment, okay?! Plus she doesn't deal well restraints or even being touched. So that's one reason she was labeled a threat.

Then there was the fact that technically she was viewed as a war criminal. From all her actions and intentionally and unintentionally hurting others and hijacking someone's body and locking their mind away. Which was somewhat hard to really define being virus-based and whether digital world counted. And if Vanessa's own actions and coverups throughout the years counted against her. Eventually she was labeled as a terror[won't put the entire word bc it will probably get flagged but you know].

And finally, no one really knew what to do with her. Vanessa's body itself was already a bit of scientific interest before you even added in the whole evolved virus takeover. Although Vanny wasn't exactly just a virus either and scientific marvel in herself on how she could even possibly exist.

And she sure as hell isn't letting anyone poke and prod her.

So eventually they just chalked it up as someone to keep a very close eye on. Therefore leaving her imprisoned with limitations under observation. No restraints but no freedom either.

Despite everything she had done and been through she was still not free. Just a scientific experiment prisoner caged again.

I realized that we don't have any type of law enforcement or investigators in a murder mystery so had to make one 😅

Destiny is a young cop freshly out of academy. Her dad and grandfather both moved through the ranks eventually ended up as Captain and spurred her to follow in their footsteps. But she does it help others more than the glory. Grew up as a kid going to Freddys.

{Eleanor oozed through the facility waiting for them to arrive. She smirked wickedly. Those idiots really thought they had a way out? Well she couldn't entirely blame them. Agony was a pretty poweful substance with unintended effects. Especially when the facility was literally dripping in it.

All she had to do was wait for them to fall into the trap.

Once the group stepped onto the road they had been searching she shivered with excitement. As they continued on she waited patiently. After they got a few miles down she was ready. Her laughter suddenly broke the silence.}

Eleanor: "Look at you all, so full of hope and motivation. So close to escape." [road suddenly trembles] "To bad you were that easily fooled."

{The road suddenly starts to melt, changing to a dark colored quickly rushing river. The far edge stands up hardening into a thick wall}

Eleanor: "Then again, I suppose it really isn't entirely your fault. Very few truly understand agony and it's....abilities. Including how it changes shape and can "influence" when it seeps into one's mind. This magical substance changes form, shape, takes a life on its own. Like I have. This entire facility is literally dripping in it."

{The agony river forces them back into the facility and then rises up to cover all the openings and harden in place. Outside the barriers the remaining river changes, acting as boiling hot tar for any who would attempt to get near it: human, living, machine, or otherwise.}

Poll time! To have a general consensus when should this take place? I'm thinking early 2000s (cell phones and all that lol) but since it's AU, really any time could work so not set in stone. The cursed past just indicates the changes and how they affect the present (plus i'm so bad at naming 😅) And flashbacks are allowed. Open to suggestions?

I added a new rule regarding promoting or advertising outside works not related to current rps in this sub. They can be allowed but ONLY with MOD permission (by messaging us in advance to ask) or when I make OOC sharing threads to share outside material. The reason why actually stems from rules in other social media groups I'm in and mostly out of liability. In fact many groups don't allow ANY outside advertisements.

The subs we've posted (Malfunction and Cursed Past) were actually created by us so we're involved and control them. Think of them as "sister" subs lol. But for ones we didn’t create (or are involved in), we don't have any control of what happens and can't be held responsible for suggesting it. Now when we (as in the Mods) make OOC posts ("Show Us what ya got!") that's a place for that day only to share it.

Since I forgot to make this rule last week 😅 cuz life is busy, I'll start enforcing it tomorrow (Thursday night) including deleting posts doing this.

The Magical Mystical Ballpit

Or story behind this actual RP 🤣

Once upon a time there lived a great family man (no, seriously for real this time, no sarcasm) named William Afton. His family consisted of his loving wife Laura and their 3 kids: 16 yo Vanessa and 12 yo Elizabeth and Evan. All alive and living a life revolving around each other and Freddys.

But underneath it all still lies a killer who carefully and secretly flies under the radar.

In another universe, 25 yo Michael Afton watched as his own wicked father, his mentor and handler, was ended by the spirits of Charlie and Cassidy. In despair he went into the ball pit where they committed most of their crimes and coverups (it's so easy to hide in a place that no one wanted to clean). The agony left by their victims opened a doorway and brought him to this new world, as well as opening doors to other universes.

Under a pseudonym (Michael A) he continues crimes alongside this version of his father, as well as his own secretly. And the quiet town of Hurricane is soon rocked into a world of mystery and terror.

it's just too hard to interact with and move with very young kids

-OCs and AUs: AU characters have to make sense and good valid reason for getting in the ballpit. Also can ONLY be versions of existing FNAF characters (EFCs), NOT OCs. The point of AU was to give opportunities to play EFCs. Each character can also have only 1 AU. (Exceptions are William, and Michael who each only have 1 existing universe and Abby who has permission to have both a future adult and AU child.) Other exceptions can be made WITH MOD PERMISSION.

Fairly self explanatory but without setting guidelines this would get out of hand fast. Michael Afton DID start the time and AU traveling in a way that made sense. And there's really no reason OCs to be from AUs since there's no competition for rping them

Vanny: "Jesus Christ, I never realized how annoying those stupid things were. I should have had them dismantled. Did they ALL have to make their way down here? Stupid scraps of metal."

{*She looks over to see how Leon is fairing and notices several more pouring out of the vent.*}

Vanny: [*growls in frustration*] "Are you freaking kidding me?! How many are there? How about some help over here, soldier boy?"

{A dark cloud comes out of the vent swirling until Eleanor forms. She has red hair pulled into a bun, green eyes, glasses and lab coat}

Eleanor: "Hello there. My name is Eleanor. Nice to officially meet you. Now come on, he's waiting."

{Eleanor leads Jason down the hall into another room where Springtrap is.}

Eleanor: "Mr. Afton, I have someone you might want to meet. Who is very familiar with the viruses."

Eleanor is loosely based on the Frights books but also major changes. She is still an agony being of sorts.

She's actually an experiment created by Springtrap down in his secret underground facility (that the groups are currently trapped in). His experimenting with remnant (and many various victims) ended up creating him and she become an assistant of sorts. She's loyal with will (or ability) to turn on him.

As an agony being she has no real form and is technically a shape shifter. She can become someone entirely new or copy and mimic anyone she sees perfectly. She prefers the look of a lab assistant but also uses "Ella" the child form to trick others, including other kids. She can also just seem to be a voice in the vents. And she feeds off the suffering of others, physically, emotionally, and mentally so she enjoys the torment even more.

{All across the facility, a loud ringing noise rings out for a few seconds. It's strong enough to bring all humans down to their knees and temporarily disrupt all animatronics.

After the sound ends there's a faint haze in the air surrounding all the characters. And from within, various glowing red eyes appear surrounding everyone with growls as different creatures advance on Crysta and Leon's group.}

Welcome to another FNAF RP. What makes us different? Well besides being laid back (follow the rules and get along), instead of sticking with one format we embrace several.

That means we have actual serious storylines, one shots and crack posts and whatever one desires. You can have random one shots or silly posts. (Just don't go over the top). We allow rping as existing characters or creating your own OC anyway you want.

Read the rules and then comment on the character post (other pinned post) with chosen character (make sure hasn't already been claimed) or OC details: name, if employee or affilated with Fazbear(current or former) and brief bio/history/whatever you wanna share. Once you get on the official list with your character you are in. Feel free to jump in or make your own intro. The user flair tags are editable with whatever you need them to say. Can you rp as multiple characters? Sure. Either create additional accounts or just use the current character's name as signature in the post/comment.

Be mindful of your language and words. (More on that below) Some characters are straight up jerks or evil but don't overstep boundaries even when IC. Remember to still be nice.

Use and mind post flairs as well. More on that below.

Here's just a few things we thought might be beneficial to share:

Editable Post Flair: yes there is an editable flair but there's a catch. Apparently it can't actually be edited on the app but only on reddit.com. For me personally, I use the app for quick responses and to get notifications for all my accounts at once. But to do other stuff (like the editable flair) I use website on chrome.

Banning and flags: this applies to reddit in general. We (so far) aren't doing any banning or flagging, its reddit itself. And they DON'T mess around. There are a lot of trigger words that get flagged including anything that can be seen as threats (even in RP), slurs/serious insults, harassment, and certain current politics. Just be aware and carefully word everything. If you do get banned temporarily just send us a message (either through mod mail or me personally) on another account with your regular username and let us know. If you are permanently banned and have to make a new account same thing and I can update in the list 🤷‍♀️

Tagging characters: again not a requirement but one of the reason for the character list is to look up whose playing as who if you need to tag them. If you commented or responded and didnt get a response, try tagging them. Sometimes not all the notifications show up.

Finally, (and no this isn't a rule or anything) life happens and we get it. There's illness, just the need to take a break, busy with school/work, whatever. If you need to step back for a short period (like a few days or week), feel free. If you want to let us know in advance (either through a post or message if you don't want others to know) that's appreciated but not required. Now if it's going to be a month or more, DEFINITELY let us know, even if you just pop in every few weeks and say "hey I'm still coming back". If you're in the middle of a scene it's polite etiquette (but not required!) to inform the other player(s).

We're fairly laid back and get it. As long as you aren't blatantly breaking the rules or causing issues, we're chill. And if anyone has any questions, ideas, or suggestions feel free to let us know :)
