My ideas for new past AU (still yet to be named) are listed below. Nothing set in stone and you can yay or nay, and suggest your own. And yes we are reprising our current characters (including OCs) and can still claim others that haven't been.

• set during the MCI, which actually occurs over a few weeks (so kind of a horror slasher mystery). Even though William is the big bad, that doesn't mean he's the only threat. You can have cops, corrupted or jealous customers/employees, bad parents, evil animatronics, copycats, etc

• Evan survived and Liz's accident didn't happen yet and may never (IF they want to still be alive) but any character especially animatronics can still exist (even some whacked form or Ennard, the Nightmares, etc)

• MCI victims can change as well. You want 20 different new victims? We can have 20 different new victims. Fritz survived and Bobby Sue took his place? Then Bobby Sue took his place

• not sure how I feel yet about other Fandom chars but that can be discussed

• the "ball pit" can exist which opens to AU chars coming through it (maybe they either travel from or die in their world and reappear here, idk. Ex: if future kid (or even adult) Abby or Gregory somehow fell in the pit and ended up here

And finally, I need group consensus, keep in this current sub or create new? I don't mind making a new one but don't want to be too much. And everyone let me know if you'll be in and as who. Benefits to creating new sub is fresh start and opportunity to claim characters but I will give precedence to those who have already claimed here first.

I am kinda leaning to new sub (just think would be easier and less confusing) but I also don't want to overload anyone with having multiple subs if they don't want that 😅

ok so because almost NOTHING about this guy is confirmed im gonna put a few things out there.

He's 13-14 years old in 1983, so whenever this takes place the age will be adjusted to fit the time (if late 80s he'll be 16-20). He acts a bit reckless and idiotic most of the time but when it comes down to situations like, well, fnaf 2, he's strategic and can work with it. He also ironically has horrible memory even before the bite of 87. He doesn't have very harmful intent when it comes to being a jerk like he is, he just craves amusement from anything he can get around him, which can be from harmless teasing to physical stuff.

As for family, it's planned for him to be Gabriel's brother, but if someone claims gabriel and they say no then perhaps not. In my main au, after Gabe went missing he became pretty depressed and even MORE reckless and bold, he also hated being proven wrong. The whole reason he became a nightguard was out of ambition and the desire to find out what happened to his brother. So he has a very strong relationship with him, though he teases him like BV

General personality summary:
Train wreck

25 year old Michael Alt seems pretty normal. One of the best most reliable Freddys employees. Always on time and does the job well and very skilled and knowledgeable.

Friendly and quite good at garnering positive attention. And very attentive to William, Laura and their 3 kids. Almost like a supportive big brother to 16 year old Vanessa and caring babysitter for Evan and Liz.

But deep inside he hides a dark secret.

You see Michael Alt is actually Michael Afton, from another AU. One where he isn't the aloof haunted character everyone's used to. Instead he followed too deeply in his father's steps (despite the abuse and lack of attention he endured) as the sole surviving offspring at his side until the very day the Emilys and Cassidy destroyed William for good. Devastated, he went to the always closed off ballpit (where they would hide the evidence of their crimes) and saw that it had almost took on a life of its own and became the first one to fall in and end up in another world.

A world where Michael Afton never existed. At the core he's jealous to see his siblings in a loving family home. Something he never got. But at least William's bloodlust still prevails. He's the only one to know Michael's true identity and accepts him as an accomplice.

Underneath everything he hides something even from William: a burning jealousy and hate for the Afton kids who are so pampered and praised. Everything he ever longed for. They are off limits but that doesn't mean he can't do his own secret tormenting. As long as none of them die. And besides he can always frame someone else if needed.

He secretly loathes Charlie and Cassidy for the role their other forms played in the death of his father in his world. Evan for simply surviving and not being so easily terrified. Laura Afton because his mother left him. Elizabeth because of how much Circus Baby stole his father's attention. Vanessa for getting to live a normal teenage life with no abuse or real fear. But hides it with fake smiles. While the real monster comes out when no one's looking.

[His personality is based on a mixture of movie Michael and Billy and Roman from the Scream franchise]

Poll time! To have a general consensus when should this take place? I'm thinking early 2000s (cell phones and all that lol) but since it's AU, really any time could work so not set in stone. The cursed past just indicates the changes and how they affect the present (plus i'm so bad at naming 😅) And flashbacks are allowed. Open to suggestions?

So instead of being locked out, the puppet managed to open the doors for her, instead of her getting murdered. she’s been living with her father and going out with him, basically just a normal kid. she doesn’t know much about the news or anything since she’s like twelve, but does try to listen to adult talk but never understands. She’s quiet and shy except to her friends (liz if that’s okay)
