[Homemade] Pork tenderloin bites

I'm not much of a cook, but this was a random idea that worked out so well I wanted to share it :)

Pat dry and cut the tenderloin into little bitesized pieces, and put it all in a container that you have a lid for.

Add onion, garlic and smoked paprika powder to taste, a spoonful of mayo, and a good amount of panko/bread crumbs.

Put the lid on, give it a good shake, and then cook it either in a skillet or in the air fryer on 200°C (390F) until crispy.

Snacc or serve with some veggies and baked potatoes 👌
